HOW WE WORK
- PHASE 1: an initial “get to know you” meeting to let us better understand your needs. Usually an informal chat over a coffee.
- PHASE 2: research and planning into the perfect way to meet your needs.
- PHASE 3: we present you with our proposal and prepare the project.
- PHASE 4: in the thick of it, in stores and boutiques for real shopping and fun.
AN EXAMPLE OF AN OUTING
After you call or email us we make plans to meet face to face to get to know one another. Usually we meet in a cafe for a coffee or a beverage so as to create a calm and friendly atmosphere.
We listen to your requests and requirements and ask some questions to allow us to better understand exactly what you need. Then it is time to say goodbye and, while your day continues, we are already working for you, devising a plan to make your desires come true. Then we get back in touch to tell you about our proposals and to select the perfect solution for you.
Once you have given us the green light we begin to create the project. It could be a buying commission that we deliver to you wherever you like (at work or home) or an afternoon of shopping together to help you find the perfect look for a special occasion or simply spending some enjoyable time helping you to rediscover yourself and teaching you how to enhance your looks.
